Every home we build starts with a real engineered trailer—made by Trailer Made Custom Trailers, the same ones trusted across the country by thousands of other builders. From there, we frame it in cold-formed steel (CFS), insulate it with closed-cell spray foam, and wrap it in wildfire-rated siding and metal roofing.
This isn’t a souped-up shed. This is a true residential build that can pass state inspection and last for decades.
We’re a Colorado-licensed Modular Home Manufacturer, certified by NTA, NOAH, IRC, and PWA. If you’re ready to stop playing games with loopholes and live in something built to last, this is it.
